Fred Hunt
Fred brings over 35 years of CPG experience, knowledge and expertise into his role as President of Nuvo Retail Group. Fred spent much of his career with Procter and Gamble, where he honed his management skills, becoming a strategic thinker and a passionate leader. He understands the importance of retail execution and has shown his strength in communicating with all levels of trade, from Executive Level to Category Managers.
Fred has also spent several years on the Brokerage side of the business where he managed and worked with retail teams and account managers on a National basis.
His background allows him to understand the operations and requirements of National CPG companies, as well as the keys to success for small and mid-size manufacturers.
As a founding partner of Nuvo Retail Group, Fred looks forward to the challenge of leading the Nuvo team as they deliver success for all clients, with a focus on retail execution, while also planning and executing head office support.
Brad Hunt
Brad has over 20 years in the CPG industry working with companies such as PepsiCo, Coca Cola and Red Bull. Working with these large multi-national companies ingrained in Brad the importance of retail coverage and execution at the store level. Along with his educational background in Small Business & Entrepreneurship, these experiences led him to become a partner with Nuvo Retail Group, a CPG company focusing on store-level execution and implementation.
Brad looks forward to sharing his passion and understanding of retail execution in the CPG industry and demonstrating how it helps deliver growth and profitability to new and existing brands.
Dave Leong
Dave has over 30 years of CPG experience with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Nestle and Frito-Lay with many years spent in the sales broker environment. During this time, he has been in various roles including retail sales, account and category management to client management. This experience enables Dave to understand and successfully collaborate with clients to grow their business at various retailers and channels.
